Project goal
The main objective of the project was to deepen the knowledge of environmental issues for the adolescents living in the community and to understand the need to create a clean, healthy, safe environment. The organization, with the support of young people, has created a club for mothers and children, which is a platform for discussing environmental issues, identifying problems in this area and finding ways to solve them. As part of the project, a campaign against polyethylene parks was organized in the village. The organization handed over reusable fabric bags to local stores. Customers who buy products worth more than ten lakhs will be given fabric bags by the store, on the condition that they will return with this bag at the next purchase. The campaign was successful - the use of polyethylene bags was reduced. Various information booklets were prepared and distributed in the village. A competition was announced for the maximum involvement of the rural population to select an environmental slogan. The best slogan was placed on the fabric bags that are actively used by local shops and locals today.
