Project goal
The main objective of the project was to provide more information about the organization to parents of hearing-impaired children living in the Samegrelo region and to increase tolerance for hearing-impaired children in the community. For this purpose, a project presentation was held, which was attended by representatives of various sectors and local people. Under the project, regular information meetings with the population and individual consultations with stakeholders were established. Information leaflets prepared to raise the awareness of the organization are actively used in communication with the population and stakeholders. A study was conducted with the involvement of parents and family members of hearing-impaired children to identify the needs and challenges of these children. The results of this study were published and disseminated on the day of the study presentation. News programs were prepared to deepen tolerant attitudes towards hearing-impaired children in the community.
